A shopping list set out on a week to week basis.
Food substitution list – If you don’t like something that is on the plan then you can choose another item from the substitute list.
30 day exercise program. Caters from total beginners to the more experienced.

A pocket notebook for notes, achievements, success tracking or whatever you want to use it for.
